First concern: is this out too soon? England’s World Cup review came out within weeks, and led to widespread disappointment, and a flood of English fans being forced to buy the Final DVD as well. This selection appears less than a month after Michael and Alfie raised the trophy in Cardiff, so it’s only natural that similar concerns should arise here. But worry not.

We’re treated to full highlights (not just the scores, but around half an hour of action) from all five games - and by God, does it bring it back. Hiding behind the sofa as Gav lined up his penalty against England (not a luxury afforded me at the stadium first time round!) and actually leaping as it sailed over - only coming back to earth to appreciated Eddie Butler’s, “Shave away, Gavin, shave away!”
